may ’08- hsg, tubes clear
june ’08- clomid 50mg bfn
july ’08- clomid 50mg bfn
august ’08- clomid 50mg bfn
september ’08- clomid bumped up to 100mg bfn, 2nd sa, good results again
october ’08- first visit with re. clomid dose raised again to 150mg and iui. at my pre-iui ultrasound i had 4 mature follicles but my endometrial lining was thin- 4.2. i was given ovidrel at that appt. and started estrace that day as well (cd13). i had the iui the next day, bfn
november ’08- continued with clomid 150mg, started estrace on cd6. went in for ultrasound. i had 2 mature follicles but my endometrial lining was thin again, 4.4. re recommended that we skip the iui and also that i have a laparoscopy to check for enodmetriosis
november ’08- laparoscopy reveals stage III endometriosis, re cleans up what he can
december ’08- lupron injection #1 to treat endo
january ’09- lupron injection #2
february ’09- lupron injection #3
february ’09- back to re, waiting for af to start gonal f
april 22 ’09- af finally arrives, woohoo!!
april 24- ’09 start gonal f
may 4 ’09- iui #2
may 15 ’09- af arrives early, bfn
may 18 ’09- start gonal f for iui #3
may 27 ’09- iui #3…
june 10 ’09- bfp!!!!! beta #1- 373
june 12 ’09- beta #2- 722

june 24 ’09- 6 week ultrasound, two tiny heartbeats

july 21 ’10- stopped taking bc pills, here we go again, operation baby #2 underway, to be continued…
august 13 ’10- bfn with timed bd’ing cycle (i’m so shocked)
september-november ’10- bfn timed cycles
april ’11- ttc #2 comes to a screeching halt as i realize… i’m not ready for #2. me, an infertile, can you believe it??
february ’11- discussing the possibility of #2 without the assistance of an re
march ’12- decide to put #2 on hold, not sure if we will try again or not
have you tried adding 81 mg of baby aspirin to increase your lining?? i did that, worked like a charm. ps i think i have endo too, supposed to have surgery in jan. looks like we have similar background!!

You are sooo lucky! We have been through 3 IUI’s and two IVF’s and have not had success. They can not find a reason, but my endometriosis (even though they say it is not that) could be playing a factor. Any advice?
hmmm,well first off i’m so sorry that you have been through so much with no results, i know how hard it is. as far as advice goes the only thing i can say is try not to give up. i would tell you to have all the testing done and see an re, but if you’ve had two rounds of ivf you must be seeing one already. do you like the office you go to? would you consider getting a second opinion or possibly seeing someone else? has male factor infertility been ruled out? i assume so because of your ivf attempts, but you never know. do you have a blog? let me know what the address is if you do.
